Apprentice Engineers:

Crestchic Loadbanks, the market leader in load bank manufacture, rental and sales is looking for new apprentice engineers candidates for its local business headquarters, based in Burton on Trent.

Chris Caldwell, Managing Director at Crestchic said: ”We’ve taken on some outstanding apprentice engineers over the last few years and are keen to find new people to come and join our team in the run up to this September’s intake.”

Crestchic has been operating for almost 40 years in the Burton area and has provided many local people with a steady and rewarding career.

“We are proud of every member of our team and the sustained growth in our business means we can bring new budding engineers into our company and help them forge their future,” said Chris.

Crestchic apprentice Torrie Lunn, who has just completed her level 3 NVQ in Engineering, said: “Crestchic has made me feel very welcome over the last few years, providing me with varied challenges and support when I needed it. Everyone in the business has made me feel truly empowered to chase and achieve my goals. I can’t imagine having such a wonderful experience anywhere else.”

Crestchic currently occupies two buildings at Centrum 100’s business park and has just announced plans to increase the size of its workshop facility by 60%. This will allow more space to accommodate the solid growth in orders from around the globe for its highly regarded load testing equipment. This project will also see employment opportunities for 30 new members of staff.

Engineering apprentices interested in applying for a position with Crestchic can apply by cover letter detailing education and work experience summary to engineercv@crestchic.co.uk with “Apprenticeship” in the subject line.
