Crestchic Limited, the world-leading manufacturer of load bank testing equipment, has been certified as a ‘Cyber Essentials’ business by the National Cyber Security Centre.

The Cyber Essentials certification comes after many months of dedicated work on the IT infrastructure to ensure that it remains impervious to any future cyber attacks.

Paul Brickman, Crestchic’s Sales and Marketing Director, said: “We provide a market leading load bank product that has been meticulously designed and tested to meet customers’ requirements around the globe. This mindset for achieving the best possible product is also true for our IT infrastructure, which is why we have demonstrated our resilience to cyber attacks, by becoming certified as a Cyber Essential business.

“Our technical team, spearheaded by our IT leader, Richard Coleman, has worked to attain this credential, which should give our clients complete peace of mind that we have undertaken risk assessments that will keep our networks safe, now and in the future.”

The high profile scheme, set up by the Government’s own National Cyber Security Centre, is designed to give businesses the latest tools and information to fight off cyber attacks aimed at critical IT networks.
